A candle to remember,
May it burn ever so bright
As we look to the heavens
On this very night.
Beyond the stars,
Your dear one soars
Embraced by there Savior
On heaven's shores.
As the angels protect them
And sing there sweet name
We honor there life
With the glow of this flame.
So we light this candle

She gently took death by the hand
and journeyed to the promised land,
and there with steps so light and gay
she polishes the sun by day and lights the stars that shine at night,
